Clogs alot

I liked how thin the peice is inside the tank until I've had to clean it out every month, and its not easy to clean, not much fits I'm the narrow gap to clean it, I'm looking at changing to the Eshopps Eclipse large. The only problem is neither the eclipse and the prodigy say what the distance between the mounting holes are, I'm hoping they are the same.
