Not as labeled

The Aquarium safe silicone seal for a caulking gun I ordered to seal a leak from the inside bottom of the tank, just arrived. I read the label which read "not to be used below water", which tells me that I will be cleaning water off the floor when it fails, and insurance won't cover damages because the product was used against its specifications so I am not using it.

'not to be used below water' means DO NOT apply under water. You need to apply it DRY. Once cured, only then can you submerse it 'under water'
