STAY-DRY SYSTEM PREVENTS CAKING AND CLUMPING
Moisture is a common problem for many aquarium autofeeders, causing food to clump, cake, and clog. The AFS features a motorized food delivery system that automatically extends and retracts into the housing for each feeding. The food container also has a built-in gasket that seals out moisture, keeping your food dry and ready to dispense.

I agree with everything Lane said above. Great product, super easy, but a touch loud. So versatile when combined with your apex, and I easily set up a completed program which I refined overtime to suit my needs. And my fish totally associate the sound with feeding time, and the all race up to the top of the tank and wait for pellet heaven to rain down.

So happy with this purchase. While my apex took me a bit to figure out this feeder is just plug and play. I have a camera on my tank and get a big kick out of being able to feed my tank from my phone anywhere in the world. It’s very adjustable so you don’t over feed and came with a sample of Neptune crossover pellets which my fish seem to love.
