Very cheaply made ans flimsy

This is the most flimsy aquarium filter I've ever purchased and I've had several over the past 40 years. The quick connect broke 15 minutes after use and the powerhead refused to pump. I would've preferred to return it, but Reef Supplies has a return policy that favours only the company. They wouldn't accept a return of an opened item.
So, I contacted the Sicce company for a warranty replacement. They are sending me both parts. I don't expect them to last long, however, since, as I said, they are cheaply made.
I am very disappointed in both Sicce and Reef Supplies. I will never purchase from.either of them.again.
